SIMPLIFIED PRICING

At BizWise Realty, our pricing is comprised of just two components. There is a one-time tenant placement fee paid after the tenant occupies the property and a flat rate management fee that starts only after the property is occupied. Our property management agreements are month to month to ensure we continually earn your business! See our simplified pricing by property type below.

RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES

Full service property management:
$100 per month after tenant is placed

Tenant placement:
3% of first year’s rent

MULTIFAMILY PROPERTIES

Full service property management:
$75 per month per unit after tenant is placed

Tenant placement:
3% of first year’s rent

COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES

Full service property management:
5% of net income per month

Tenant placement:
3% of rent scheduled over the lease term
